Update your Horizon Client today

Better performance is a minute away (literally)!

Throughout Spring, we've done our best to find ways in which we can enhance your experience. One of those solutions is updating your system to the latest Horizon Client. Improvements to highlight include:

  • More stable connection

  • Increased connection speed

  • Better file and drive sharing options

  • Better diagnostic support

This update is required so be sure to pass this email along to anyone within your company running Horizon. Below is a video instructing you on exactly how to perform this upgrade, should you need assistance. Lastly, ensure users write down the 'shared' folders and drives they are using in Horizon (we'll need to add them again once the new client is installed).

Please contact us if any of your users are connecting to Horizon with a 'Green Desktop or Taskbar icon' - this will no longer be supported by Horizon and will cause slowness, bugs, and other issues. All of our users need to have the Blue Cloud icon (pictured here).
